There are different levels of rights granted to Meeting Managers. These rights are set in the Users Database (see corresponding section here-after). The organization rights are as follows:

  • User management: the user can add participants, send password reset links, change participant names and add/remove organization rights.
  • Meeting management: the user can create, edit, delete and publish meetings and meeting templates.
  • Configuration management: the user can adjust pre-meeting configurations.

⚠️ Depending on your status, some functionalities explained in the Meeting Managers section may not apply to the organization rights you have been granted.
